Privacy Policy

The order-ahead form asks for your order, a shop and pickup time, a name and a mobile number. The contact form asks for a name, an email, an optional phone number, a topic and a message. The newsletter form asks for an email. All three are labeled as demos and submit nowhere: nothing you enter is sent to us or to anyone else, stored on a server or seen by anyone.

The pint builder, the sundae builder, the shipping estimator and the open or closed status run entirely in your browser. The checkout page takes no address and no card. The site loads no analytics and sets no tracking cookies.

Your browser's local storage keeps the list of pints in your shipping box, so it survives a reload, and your choice on the analytics switch. Session storage remembers, for one visit, that the last-call note about the flavor series was already shown. None of this is sent anywhere. Emptying the box or clearing your browser's site data removes it.

The forms include a Cloudflare Turnstile bot-check widget. When a form is about to come into view, your browser requests the widget from challenges.cloudflare.com, so Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser details as part of that request. Nothing you type is sent to Cloudflare.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs of requests. Fonts and photos are served from this site's own domain. No other third party receives information about your visit, and no information is sold or shared for advertising. A real shop would also name its payment provider and its email service here.

This site sets no cookies of its own. The Turnstile widget may store data in your browser as part of its bot check. See the Cookie Policy and Your Privacy Choices.

The order-ahead and contact forms include an optional, unchecked box for texts. The demo sends nothing. The Text Message Terms explain what a real shop would send.

This site is meant for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since its forms send nothing, it collects none.

Since this site does not collect or store personal information on any server, there is nothing to review, correct or delete. What sits in your own browser you can clear yourself. Questions about this policy: call (843) 555-0148 (demo number).

This site does not track visitors across other sites or over time, so it has no behavior to change in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. It reads the Global Privacy Control signal, reports it on the Your Privacy Choices page, and keeps the analytics switch off while it is on.

If this policy changes, the effective date above is updated and the change is described at the top of this page.
